COVID-19 Prevention Measures

As the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we have adapted as necessary to protect the health and safety of our valued clients, our staff, and all their loved ones.

Our staff began the wearing of non-medical face masks and disinfecting surfaces on Mar. 13, 2020, prior to the any provincial health guidelines. We went through a period of reduced working days and staggered technician schedules, but with our clients’ phenomenal support, we returned to full capacity and full hours on Aug. 17, 2020. We are proud to say that we never had to lay off any staff members during that period.

We in Step 3 of BC’s Restart plan, with the following updates to our COVID-19 prevention measures:

  • Masks are respectfully requested indoors, as our staff continue the process of 2nd dose vaccinations
  • Physical distancing is requested, and a clear acrylic barrier remains at our service counter
  • We kindly ask clients to inform us if they have traveled recently or have flu-like symptoms. If that is the case, we will have to defer service on your vehicle until after the 10-day isolation period
  • Staff have been supplied with protective masks in addition to the standard nitrile gloves while on duty at the shop
  • All client vehicles are disinfected before and after service
