Blue Glove Service

Update: As of Aug. 17, 2020, with a return to full capacity and a full operating schedule, the Blue Glove Service will be suspended until further notice

Beginning on April 6, 2020, we are introducing the Blue Glove Service, a valet offering for our clients. In a time when many are not able to leave their homes for many different reasons, we will now come to you and facilitate the transportation of your vehicle to and from our shop. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this will be a completely touchless service. Whether it is from your home or workplace, we will come to take care of your vehicle.

Here’s how it works:

1. Book online or over the phone
2. We will come to you, call when we have arrived, and receive your vehicle’s key from a door step or another secure spot
3. We will disinfect the vehicle first, then a technician drives it back to our shop
4. We will inspect and test for any noted issues, as well as perform our standard vehicle health inspection, digitally
5. A digital inspection report will be sent via text and/or email
6. Our findings, recommendations, and estimates for work can be discussed and approved over text or phone
7. When the services are complete, credit card payment will be taken over the phone or online via Interac e-Transfer only
   • MasterCard and Visa are accepted
   • Debit cards cannot be accepted over the phone, an Interac e-Transfer will need to be sent instead

   • No cash will be accepted, and technicians will not have payment machines or cash on hand
8. The vehicle is delivered to where it needs to be, and a final disinfection is performed before the technicians leave

• Available for vehicles that are mobile under their own power (i.e. do not need to be towed away)
• No extra charge during the COVID-19 crisis for completed services
  • $35 valet charge if recommended services are declined/deferred
