A large part of the contact between clients and service staff takes place during the payment process. To promote safety, we can take credit card payments over the phone as well as with the recently announced e-Transfer method. We respectfully request that e-Transfers be used where possible instead of cash or debit.
Here’s how to use Interac e-Transfer:

Log into your online banking site or mobile banking app and look for an “Interac e-Transfer” section

If this is the first time making a payment to us, add us as a recipient, using this email: etransfer@visscherpauauto.com

Initiate a payment by first choosing us from the list of recipients

Enter the amount for payment

Confirm the transfer when prompted
That’s it! We will confirm the transfer and provide digital copies of the receipt and invoice. Pick up of the vehicle may now be arranged without need for coming inside the shop.
